Cupid Limited’s B2C venture, which commenced in India only seven months ago, has already netted ₹12.50 crore, and the company is now targeting revenues of over ₹50 crore from its Indian B2C business by the end of the financial year.

  1. Growing Distribution Network: Cupid Limited has quickly scaled its distribution footprint, currently operating with 40 super stockists, over 500 distributors, and 50,000 retail touchpoints. By the end of this calendar year, the company plans to expand its presence to 100,000 retail touchpoints, a bold move that positions Cupid as a formidable player in India’s retail market.

  2. Strategic Marketing and Retail Focus: The company is undertaking a comprehensive marketing campaign to build stronger brand recognition. This includes greater Point-of-Sale (POS) visibility, partner engagement, and promoting retail advocacy to win over consumers. These strategic moves will help Cupid build deeper customer relationships and extend its reach across different consumer segments.

  3. Expanding E-commerce Reach: Cupid Limited is also sharpening its focus on e-commerce by forging partnerships with major players like Blinkit and Zepto. This expansion comes in addition to its presence on prominent platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata 1mg.   4. Product Diversification and New Launches: As part of its aggressive growth strategy, Cupid Limited is diversifying its product portfolio beyond the sexual wellness sector. Upcoming launches include almond hair oil (in 4 SKUs), massage oils (with variants such as Jasmine & Loban and Lavender & Loban), and perfume gift packs.   6. Expansion of Production Capacity: In March 2024, Cupid Limited completed a strategic land acquisition in Palava, Maharashtra. This move will allow the company to increase its production capacity by 1.5 times. Following this expansion, Cupid will be able to produce approximately 770 million male condoms and 75 million female condoms annually. This expanded capacity positions Cupid to meet both domestic and international demand efficiently.

  7. Strong International Presence: With over 90% of its revenue generated from international markets, Cupid Limited is a dominant global player in the sexual wellness industry. It is the first company in the world to receive WHO/UNFPA pre-qualification for both male and female condoms, a prestigious recognition that highlights its commitment to quality and safety. Cupid currently exports its products to over 105 countries, including under long-term agreements with WHO and UNFPA.
